Schochet Associates, Inc. is the development arm of the company. For over thirty years Schochet has provided a complete range of real estate services necessary to complete new construction and/or rehabilitation of residential and commercial projects, from initial site selection through completed facilities ready for occupancy.
Schochet Associates has developed a special expertise in the affordable housing industry, having developed or acquired thousands of units subsidized under a vast array of state, local, and federal programs. Additionally, the company has been active in the development of high-end condominiums, luxury housing, office buildings and shopping centers throughout Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
While the majority of our development and acquisitions activities are focused on projects in which we have a direct ownership interest, our affordable housing experts are available to work with developers, owners, and asset managers to help them maximize the value of their existing and prospective projects.
