Among these projects are:

	1597 Washington Street The 1597 Washington Street condominium project located in Boston's South End, is a mixed use development consisting of a new, state-of-the-art health center facility, 12,000 square feet of retail space, 39 beautifully appointed luxury condominiums, 19 elegant period style townhouses, and 119 underground parking spaces. This $30 million dollar project, developed by Schochet Associates in 1998 was the lynchpin of the highly successful revitalization of the entire Washington Street corridor, a key initiative of the administration of Mayor Thomas M. Menino.
	Brick Market Place Brick Market Place, Newport, RI, is a mixed-use project developed by Schochet Associates in 1973. The project consists of 52 luxury condominium residences with exquisite views of Newport Harbor in an exceptional walk to town location in the heart of Newport's vibrant shopping district, along with 32 commercial spaces sold as condominiums. This development served as a centerpiece to the economic revitalization of Newport's historic downtown area.
	De La Salle Condominiums De La Salle Condominiums, Newport, RI, is a 34 unit luxury condominium complex located in the heart of Newport's historic Bellevue Avenue mansion district. A combination of adaptive reuse and new construction, this project retained the architectural splendor of the former private school's existing buildings while juxtaposing 24 new luxury condominiums.
	Country Glen Apartments Country Glen Apartments is a 324 unit luxury apartment complex located in Groton, CT. Nestled within a pastoral 30 acre campus this project, developed by Schochet in 1988, remains the market's most desirable address. As with the vast majority of our projects, Schochet has retained ownership and management of Country Glen Apartments, and continues to invest in unit upgrades and deliver first class resident services.
