A number of the communities managed by Schochet have been designated Communities of Quality® by the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA™) and two of these properties were winners of the New England AHMA Exemplary Property award in the Senior and Family categories.
Schochet – through its Property Management division -- has received the AMO® designation (Accredited Management Organization®) awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management and has been recognized as an AMO of the Year.
