Marian Gardens is a 94-unit, low- to moderate-income, family-designated community, consisting of two-to-four-bedroom townhouses, located in Lynn, MA. Weld Management acquired the community and obtained financing to allow for complete rehabilitation of the units while preventing any tenant displacement. A new community center was constructed as an additional amenity for residents, offering increased appeal to the property while maintaining much needed affordable housing.
