It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of our founder, Mr. Jay Schochet. Jay passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 24, 2016.
The work of the Schochet Companies will continue to stand as testament to Mr. Schochet’s legacy of developing and managing some of the highest quality and most desirable affordable housing communities in the nation.
