Boston -- Schochet Associates announced that Albert Rodiger has joined the company as its vice president of acquisitions and development. Schochet Associates is a development and property management company located in downtown Boston.
"We are thrilled to have Mr. Rodiger join the Schochet Associates team. He brings with him over 20 years of experience in the affordable housing and development industries," said Richard Henken, president of Schochet Associates.
Prior to joining Schochet Associates, Mr. Rodiger served as real estate consulting director at RSM McGladrey, American Express Tax and Business Services and Ziner, Kennedy and Lehan LLP. Additionally, Mr. Rodiger has served with the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development and the Executive Office of Communities and Development.
