(June 3, 2020 - Medford, MA) -- The Schochet Companies and Jonathan Rose Companies have acquired Riverside Towers in Medford, MA, for $83.5 million in a joint venture.
The Schochet Companies celebrates four decades of industry-leading real estate development and management services with updated name as company continues growth and expansion.
The 404-unit housing community near Symphony Hall was refinanced using the Federal Housing Administration’s Housing Tax Credit Pilot Program, which will allow for $14.5 million in property renovation and extension of affordability for at least 20 years.
